Maintenance of your room:
During your stay, we will renew your linen and maintain your room on simple request but if you do not wish it we will not enter it to limit possible contaminations.
Pillows for decoration, bedspreads will be removed as a precaution.
All surfaces are disinfected according to a precise protocol and with virucidal products. Carpets, sofas and curtains are steam disinfected.
As usual, we ask our guests to take a shower before using the pool.
The sunbeds will be allocated per room for the duration of your stay.
Breakfasts are served in the garden on individual tables and allocated for the duration of your stay or in your room on request and at no additional cost. In case of bad weather, we can also serve in the dining room while respecting sanitary distances.
Specific cancellation policy
To assure you an tranquility of mind, our cancellation policy has been modified during the pandemia.
Until further notice, you can cancel your stay according the following rules :
- 15 days before your arrival : no cancellation fees,
- from 15 to 7 days before your arrival, 30% of your stay is due.
- Less than 7 days, your stay is due.
If you have booked through an online agency (Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels...) cancellation policies of these agencies apply and cancellation or modification have to go through the customer service of these agencies.
